Crisp pastry: :

Avoid fruit or vegetables causing your pastry to become soggy by brushing the base of your tart with a beaten egg white.

 


 


Material :
- 1 unfinished rectangular wooden tray
- Blue acrylic paint
- Landscape paper napkin
- Special napkin glue
- 1 medium-sized brush for the acrylic paint
- Special brush for gluing napkins
- Ruler, scissors

Method :
 
Paint the tray blue.
Leave to dry.
Cut out the pattern from the napkin.
Glue the pattern and smooth out carefully.
Leave to dry.
Apply a layer of glue.
Leave to dry.
Re-apply if necessary.
