Tuna Fish Savoury by Sally, Woodbury

Ingredients:

• 1 tin of tuna fish in brine
• 4 oz spaghetti
• 2.5 oz grated mature cheddar cheese
• 0.5 pint of white sauce
• salt and black pepper

Cooking Time:

30 min

serves two.
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water in a pyrex saucepan.
When cooked transfer it to a buttered pyrex dish. Make the white sauce, add the tuna fish and 2 oz grated cheese. Mix together, season to taste with salt and black pepper and then place on the top of the spaghetti. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C. Serve with a fresh green salad.
