Skandanavian Pork Balls by Lucia, Warwick

Ingredients:

• 500 gms Minced Pork
• 1 Egg
• 250 ml Semi Skimmed Milk
• 25 gms Flour
• 1 finely chopped Onion
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Butter for cooking

Cooking Time:

10 min

Throw all ingredients into a bowl and whisk. Allow to stand in fridge for min 2 hours. When ready, melt a large nob of butter in a non stick frying pan till hot, in the meantime dip a tablespoon into hot butter and scoop and palm
of your hand, form small ball shapes and fry in the butter till cooked. This may be served with oiled potatoes or chips or just salad.
Batch makes aprox 15 meatballs
