Sauteed apple pancakes

Ingredients:

• 1 packet FRANCINE pancake mix
• 1oz (25g) Régilait powdered milk (3 table-
spoons)
• 8 fl oz (22cl) water
• ¾oz (20g) butter
• 4 Golden Delicious apples

Method:

1. Pour the pancake mix into a large bowl with the powdered milk. Add water. Pour the mixture into the first bowl. Add the blueberries and mix until the dough is smooth and even.

2. Heat the lightly oiled frying pan immediately. Pour half a ladle of mix in a circle roughly 4 inches (10 cm) wide. Cook three pancakes at the same time in a large frying pan. Cook for roughly 2 minutes on each side.

3. Flavour the mix with cinnamon or vanilla.

4. Peel the apples and cut into thin strips. Cook in a frying pan with the butter.

5. Arrange the pancakes on a plate and top with the apple. Garnish with a drizzle of maple or caramel syrup. Add raisins to the apples for a tasty twist.
