Sausage Onion Leek & Tomato Casserole by Patricia, Leicester

Ingredients:

• 1 lb sausages
• 1 leek
• 2 onions
• 1 tin chopped tomatoes
• 1 chicken or vetable stock cube
• 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
• salt and pepper
• dash of Worcester sause (optional)

Cooking Time:

60 min

Chop onions and leek and fry for a few minutes.
Brown the sausages under the grill.
Cut sausages into halves.
Put tin tomatoes into a casserole dish, adding onions leeks sausages dried mixed herbs salt and pepper.
Make up stock cube with about 3/4 pint water.
Add to casserole.
Add worcester sauce if using.
Cook in oven on 160 for approx 1 hour.
