Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

100g dark chocolate (72% cocoa)
100g butter
100g sugar
3 eggs
35g flour
2.5 tbs cocoa powder
2 x Mini Bowls

Preparation Time:

20 min

Cooking Time:

8 min

- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (6).
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is smooth.
- Mix with the chocolate and add the flour and cocoa.
- Spoon into 2 mini bowls and cook for about 8 minutes.
