Fruity bread pudding

Ingredients:

• 10 slices of bread
• 3 eggs
• 2 apples
• 10 walnuts
• 10fl oz (30 cl) milk
• 3½oz (100g) caster sugar
• ½oz (17g) raisins

Method:

Mix the eggs, diced apples, walnut halves, milk and sugar in a large glass bowl. Arrange the bread in a gratin dish greased with butter. Pour your mixture over the bread. Soak the bread with the mixture by pressing with a spoon. Add the raisins and turn the bread over. Cook together for 15 minutes on 900 watts.
