Cooking Time:

And now for the burgers
- Preheat your oven to 200 °C
- In a large mixing bowl, rub together the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and the butter chopped into small pieces. Rub the butter into the flour until you have an even sand colour.
- Pour in the yoghurt and mix together. The dough needs to become smooth.
- Chop the figs into three and add them to the mixture.
- Flour your worktop to roll out the dough. It needs to be about 1-2 cm thick. Cut out round shapes from the dough using a pastry cutter or an upside-down mug.
- Cover your baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the circles on it. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Leave them to cool for a few minutes when they come out of the oven before decorating your Dulce Burgers.
- Brush the bottom half of the fig bread with a spoon of jam, place 3 apple rings staggered on top, then 2 squares of chocolate and finally add the top fig bread.
- Dollop a spoon of dulce de leche on top of the Dulce Burger and tuck in!
