Carrot Csserole by Neil, Papigoe
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
2 cups mashed carrots
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
Cooking Time:
60 minBeat eggs in bowl until frothy. Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Add bread crumbs. Stir until blended. Pack into ungreased casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 180C for 1 hour.
