Black pudding and cheese canapés

Ingredients:

• 10 slices of black pudding
• 10 thin slices of sandwich bread
• 10 thin slices of Cantal cheese

Preparation Time:

Cooking Time:

2 min

Cut round slices of bread with a pastry cutter to make the canapés. Place the cheese and black pudding with the skin removed on top. Add a second layer of cheese and cook for thirty minutes in a microwave on the reheat setting. Remove when the cheese melts.
