Apple crumble

Ingredients:

• 8oz (220g) of FRANCINE Fluide flour
• 7oz (200g) butter
• 7oz (200g) caster sugar
• 6 apples: Gala, Jonagold or Reinette Grise
• 1 pinch of salt
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon

1. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Grease a glass Pyrex dish with butter and coat with flour. Place the apple in the dish.

2. Mix the flour and butter roughly in a large bowl. Add the sugar, cinnamon and salt, then sift through your fingers until you obtain a sand-like texture.

3. Pour the apples into the dish and cook in an oven on 200°C/400°F/ gas 6 for around 30 minutes.

4. Serve luke warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
