Yummy Chicken Balls (great for kids) by Dan, Wolverhampton
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, cut up into small pieves
1 finely chopped onion
50 g fresh white breadcrumbs
1 large granny smith apple, peeled and grated
1 chicken stock cube dissolved in 1 tbsp boiling water small amount of flour
1 tbsp parsley
olive oil
Preparation Time:

10 min1. Using your hands, squeeze out a little excess liquid from the grated apple.
2. mix togheter the all ingredients except the flour and chop in a food processor for a few seconds. Season with a litthe salt and pepper.
3. With your hands, roll into about 20 balls, roll in flour and fry in shallow oil until lightly golden and cook for 10 minutes
