Tuna Steaks with pepper and olive cream

Ingredients:

400g fresh tuna
3 peppers
1 leaf fresh thyme
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
1 tbs olive oil
Chives
25g (1 oz) stoned black olives
4 x Mini Bowls

- Preheat the oven to 160 °C (5-6)
- Prepare the pepper olive sauce: cook the whole peppers next to a garlic clove (with its skin) in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Then remove skin and seeds. Blend the pepper with black olives. Season to taste and sprinkle with chopped chives.
- Sear 4 tuna steaks in a frying pan with a little olive oil, thin out the thyme leaves, season to taste.
- Spoon the sauce into 4 mini bowls, add the tuna, a little olive oil and cook in the oven (140 °C, 5) for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve.
