Tuna Lasagna by Sandra, St Peter Port
Ingredients:
1 tin tuna in brine
8 lasagna sheets
1 low calorie greek yoghurt
2 eggs
1 tin tomatoes
1 onion - finely chopped
pinch sugar
salt to taste
italian herbs
1 small pack mozarella
Cooking Time:
40 minFry the onions and add the tomatoes, herbs, sugar and salt to taste. Put on one side.
Beat the eggs and stir into the yoghurt adding salt to taste.
Make up the lasagna by layering the pasta sheets with the tuna an dtomato sauce and thenpour the yoghurt mixture on top. Dot the mozarella on to the surface, sprinkle with italian herbs and bake in the oven for aproximately 40 minutes and 190 degrees centigrade.
