Sausage Pie by Peter, Lower Darwen

Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb good pork sausage
• 1 tin peeled tomatoes
• 2 lb potatoes (redskin)

Cooking Time:

40 min

Peel and wash potatoes.
Place in a pan bring to boil until cooked.
Lightly cook sausages in casserol dish.
Open toms and place on top.
Drain potatoes and mash adding some butter and milk.
Place mash on top of sausage and toms.

Cook at 180 for 35-40 mins.
Serve hot.
Great student meal! and cheap too.
