Italian Pasta by Karen, Barnet
Ingredients:
8 oz bacon chopped
4 oz mushrooms sliced
1 onion chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 carton passata
Mixed herbs, black pepper
Pasta
Cheese sauce
6 oz mature cheddar grated
1/2 pint of milk, butter, flour for sauce
Topping
2 oz mature cheddar grated
1 packet crisps crushed
Cooking Time:
45 minFry bacon, onion, red pepper in pan.
Add passata, mixed herbs, pepper.
Cook for approx 45 mins
Make cheese sauce.
Combine cooked pasta, cheese sauce, bacon/tomato sauce.
Place in ovenproof dish.
Spinkle with grated cheese.
Place under grill intil cheese has melted.
