Italian Meatballs by April, Sudbury
Ingredients:
500 g beef mince
500 g sausage meat
Tsp dried parsley
Tsp oregano
Tsp basil
70 g parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
2 eggs
Preparation Time:
20 minCooking Time:
45 minMix all ingredients in a large bowl leaving the eggs till last to bind the mixture.
Roll into small golf ball size balls and place on baking rack over baking tray.
Cook in a moderate oven for approx 35-45 mins and serve with your favorite pasta & sauce.
