Italian Meatballs by April, Sudbury

Ingredients:

• 500 g beef mince
• 500 g sausage meat
• Tsp dried parsley
• Tsp oregano
• Tsp basil
• 70 g parmesan cheese
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• 2 eggs

Preparation Time:

20 min

Cooking Time:

45 min

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl leaving the eggs till last to bind the mixture.

Roll into small golf ball size balls and place on baking rack over baking tray.

Cook in a moderate oven for approx 35-45 mins and serve with your favorite pasta & sauce.
