Easy Pork Dhansak (Indian) by Sharon, Grimsby
Ingredients:
1 lb diced pork
4 oz dried red lentils (soaked for 1 hr)
1 chopped onion
2 crushed garlic cloves
3 fl oz oil
2 tbs ground coriander
1 tsp garum masala
1 tspground ground cardamom
1 tp salt
2 tsp sugar
14 oz can chopped tomatoes with juice
150 ml water
Preparation Time:

30 minArrange the meat in a pyrex casserole dish.
Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the meat.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hrs stirring once during the cooking time.
Stir once more before serving with rice.
