Easy Honey Chicken by Emily, Harrogate

Ingredients:

• 6 chicken legs
• 4 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon each of ground coriander, basil and chilli powder
• A pinch of mustard powder

Place the chicken legs in your Pyrex roaster. Mix together all the other ingredients and brush on to the chicken in generous amounts. Then put the Pyrex roaster into the oven and cook for 45 minutes at gas mark 5.
