Double chocolate muffins
Ingredients:
For 6 muffins:
- 250g of flour
- 40g of cooking chocolate
- 60g of cast sugar
- 200g of chocolate chips
- 1/2 pinch of salt
- 1 eggs
- 125 ml of milk
- 25 ml of oil
- Pyrex Muffin tray

- preheat the oven to 190°C
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, melted chocolate, salt, sugar and chocolate chips.
- In a separate bigger bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil and milk. Slowly blend in the flour, sugar and chocolate mix.
- Fill the buttered muffin tray to 2/3 of its height
- Place the muffin tray in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. To be sure the muffins are ready, poke the tip of a knife into a muffin, if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready!
- Let the muffins cool down for 10 minutes before serving.
Tip:
If you dont have any chocolate chips, grate or crush some dark chocolate instead.
