Chocolate chip, rasin and walnut pie by Connie, Chichester

Ingredients:

• 1x300 g shortcrust pastry pack
• 3-4 tbsp water
• 50 g butter
• 50 g soft brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 50 g self raising flour
• 100 g plain chocolate drops
• 50 g seedless rasins
• 50 g walnuts

Preparation Time:

5 min

Cooking Time:

50 min

Make pastry and line 9 inch flan dish.
Cream butter and sugar.
Whisk in eggs and flour, stir in chocolate drops, rasins and walnuts.
Pour mix into pastry case and bake in the centre of oven until filling is set oven 160/325F/gas 3.
