Chocolate chip, rasin and walnut pie by Connie, Chichester
Ingredients:
1x300 g shortcrust pastry pack
3-4 tbsp water
50 g butter
50 g soft brown sugar
2 eggs
50 g self raising flour
100 g plain chocolate drops
50 g seedless rasins
50 g walnuts
Preparation Time:
5 minCooking Time:
50 minMake pastry and line 9 inch flan dish.
Cream butter and sugar.
Whisk in eggs and flour, stir in chocolate drops, rasins and walnuts.
Pour mix into pastry case and bake in the centre of oven until filling is set oven 160/325F/gas 3.
