Assorted Bread Rolls by Rosle, Bangor

Ingredients:

• 500 g strong plain flour
• 150 ml boiling water
• 150 ml milk
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• sachet of instant yeast
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 1 egg, beaten
• sesame seeds

Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast into the bowl until the dough smooth. At the same time, add the boiling water and milk and pour it to the dough (use mixierl or food processor if you have otherwise use hand). Lastly mix the dough with the oil and leave it for 30-40 minutes until the dough rise.

After rise, take the dough at the floured surface and mould and rolls it into few shapes then place the mould dough/rolls into greased bakeing sheet. Leave for 10-15 minutes for the rolls to double the size then glaze with beaten egg and decorate with the sesame seeds. Place in a preheated oven at 210c, and leave for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool.
